For some people, life is a chore. They spend their time and effort being more likeable, adjusting with people and appearing like they are supposed to fit in and never stand up. Like Lao Tzu says, “Because one believes in oneself, one doesn’t try to convince others. Because one is content with oneself, one doesn’t need others’ approval. Because one accepts oneself, the whole world allows him or her.”
One of the most dreading problems we are facing in our work is that of incompetence. We are attacked with thousands of hours of youtube, twitter and everything, and everyone doing something meaningful while we don’t even know our purpose.
The Strangling Thought
This thought can take away your life. You’re not a millionaire; you’re not a superstar. You’re just an ordinary man with creative aspirations. The thought itself is crippling. For most people, this theory is a way of life. They give away their confidence in their inability to do what the others are doing at the moment. The thought takes away their ability to make an effort in life and get ahead in life.
You Are In Control
You should close your eyes and tell yourself that you and only you are responsible for what happens to your life. Nobody is busy talking about you or conversing and passing gossips things about you. They are working on their own lives. The advice they give is according to their state of mind. If you believe in them, their thoughts will take over yours, and you won’t be yourself anymore.
It doesn’t matter how big or small your cause is. Your purpose is your cause, and it is the most important thing you have right now. It is not your job to think about what others will think. It is not your job to convince or confront people. It is not your job to justify yourself. You’re here to make a living out of your ideas. And you have all that is required to get started. If not now, then when?
Dive into Your Passion
It is essential that you make a list of things you care about and go all in. Grant Cardone, one of the top sales-trainer in the world, talks about going all in. He says, if you have a goal, amplify it 10x times. Then try to see the picture. Set a goal and magnify it 10x and put 10x effort to achieve that goal. Confidence is not something you need to start. Trust is something you get after you start and keep going, in spite of problems and trouble.
Nitaai Sound and the Compounding Effect
To top it all, exhale the Nitaai sound every day. When you exhale the Nitaai sound, you get fresh vibrations in your body that purify your thought process. You will have clarity of thought, and your willpower will improve significantly. This willpower, you can use to stay confident and persistent. With persistence, you will achieve your goals sooner or later.
Stop trying to give yourself setbacks. Exhale the Nitaai sound every day. Then seek an improvement of just 1%. If you continue the process, the compounding effect will make you a hero. Create a daily discipline of specific activities you need to do. Stop looking for confirmations and stop giving justifications. Practice Nitaai Breathing and climb the ladder to the top.
