Present has the capacity to heal the past and mold the future
There are three planes where our consciousness resides: Past, present, and future. How many of us live in the past? And how many in the future?
If we carefully analyse it, we will find that the maximum amount of our time is spent in the past or in the future. You can say that on an average, people spend 45% of their time in the past and 45% of their time in the future. So the remaining measly amount to 10% which is spent in the present, even though what we really have is only the present.
If the mind is trained to remain in the present, then the major battles of one’s life can be won. Nitaai Breathing does exactly that!
The Nitaai Sound eradicates the clouds camouflaging the present by lamentations of the past and uncertainties of the future. It empowers the mind to experience the positive auras and diminishes the negative auras encircling the present. This invariably gives rise to the experience of ecstasy.
When one takes a deep breath slowly without creating any sound, then an experience of pleasure, peace, balance, and focus develops within the body, mind and senses. Random thoughts are restricted and one’s focus gets directed towards the breath. As one slowly releases the breath while resonating the sound of Nitaai audibly, there is a feeling of positive energy entering our mind and negative energy getting dissipated. A feeling of calmness and serenity pervades the entire being which gives rise to joyfulness and ecstasy.
