Community meetings are a favorite way to influence your mind. Stress, anxiety, loneliness, depression, drug-addiction and things that you can’t control without external help are much better tackled using workshops. If you are depressed, find a group of people who can cheer you up. If you are lonely, make a community where people can come. Share your life with them. Let them share theirs.
Most of the time, we try and solve our problems all by ourselves. We try to read books and meditate. We try to go with things we can do all alone. The issues don’t get solved. But we learn to keep working alone.
The Inner Storm
The most significant source of depression is often loneliness. You withdraw yourself from people around you, and you want to shut yourself forever. Usually, the problem is that lack of inner push. The energy that triggers your mind to get up and go about with your day isn’t available to you. You become a negative version of yourself. You become the person who looks egoistic because he is ignoring life and people around him, but is burning inside. His mind is trying to find someone to get hold of in a storm.
Build Your Own Circle
When you create or join a community, you come together with people who are like minded. People come together to explore the possibility of what they all can become when they are together. No matter how you would like to improve and touch lives of people in the world, the first step is to create a community. But how do you create a Nitaai Breathing community? How do you build your team?
Start with yourself. Teach the Nitaai Breathing exercise to everyone you meet. Don’t worry about acceptability. Don’t worry about whether they will like it or not. Just go ahead and start sharing. Once you have shared your little unique secret with 10 or more people, ask them to come over to your home weekly. That is, create weekly meetups. Meet up at the homes of individuals every week.
Heal Yourself and Others
Creating a community is simple. And once the Nitaai Breathing community is built, you will be able to stay consistent with your Nitaai sound practice. Once it becomes evident that a group of people are coming together to exhale, sing or dance to the sound of Nitaai every week, you will start influencing more people who are intrigued. You will be able to find people and help them improve their lives one at a time.
The joy of Nitaai Breathing is extraordinary. When you are sitting in a room practising the sound of Nitaai, you are healing yourself. You are becoming mindful. You are receiving peace and bliss. When a group of people do it together, you can do this on a large scale. You are teaching and healing others at the same time.
Don’t worry about the cost. The Nitaai Breathing exercise is entirely free and secular. Anyone can join, and there are no fees to resonate this perfect sound. The sole purpose of Nitaai Breathing is to heal yourself and others you care about. So find your friends. Find people you want to heal. Take everyone along and start exhaling the sound of Nitaai.
