Antistress Foundation is a volunteer-based nonprofit selflessly and freely providing instant as well as long-term stress-relief, health-benefits, happiness, peace, and empowerment to humanity. It does so by sharing the five simple, universal, time-tested, and therapeutic exercises based on the secular “Nitaai” Sound. They promote mindfulness, wellness, balancing, healing, harmony, centering, and productivity; and also reduce our stress, anxiety and depression. We are determined to take a strong stand against stress, as it is literally killing everyone around us.
Our objective is to encourage as many individuals as possible around the globe to take up the initiative to practice and share the Nitaai Breathing exercise, to help themselves and others lead a fulfilling and peaceful life. We want this simple self-help breathing exercise to be known all over the world so that millions can reap its benefits.
How Do We Plan to Achieve Our Goal?
Every possibility, every medium, and every chance to reach out to people, is sought after and accepted by Antistress Foundation to spread the self-help Nitaai Sound Exercises. Whether it be one-to-one card distribution, raising awareness on social media, or conducting massive Nitaai Breathing workshops; we grasp every opportunity as a golden chance to further our cause.
As a humble service to mankind, our volunteers are organizing and conducting workshops in schools, colleges, companies, orphanages, old age homes, yoga schools, parks etc., all around the world. Our spirited volunteers regularly approach small and big gatherings and enlighten them about the stress-relieving Nitaai Breathing Exercise. Many of our volunteers also participate in big events to raise awareness about our cause, apart from arranging our own events. It is their keen desire to help others that brings life to this organization.
Our volunteers are the heart of Antistress Foundation. They are the ones who carry the vision of this organization forward by putting it into action. It is due their untiring efforts and generous gift of time that thousands of people are able to experience a new ray of hope in their lives.

Success Achieved So Far
Antistress Foundation has been active in various places of the world such as Switzerland, Las Vegas, Toronto, California, Australia, Kerala, Delhi, Mumbai, Gujarat, Rishikesh, Bangkok, Phuket, Bali, and many more. We have successfully conducted thousands of free Nitaai Breathing workshops and seminars. As a part of our antistress awareness campaign, we have already distributed more than five hundred thousand Nitaai Breathing cards informing people about stress management and the Nitaai Breathing Exercise in 2017. Countless lives have been benefited. We have received hundreds of testimonials by individuals who reported a reduction in their levels of stress.

All our events, seminars, workshops, card and pamphlet distribution are totally free, as we believe that the best things in this world should be available to all. Our volunteers are giving their time, and our donors are providing the resources. We are very grateful for all the assistance we have received so far. Secular and Universal
🌐 Nitaai Breathing and the Nitaai Sound Exercises are secular and selfless services of Team Nitaai and the Antistress Foundation. Team Nitaai came across the “Nitaai” Sound and Nitaai Breathing from old and ancient meditators and deeply felt its benefits. They repeatedly experienced for many years how they enhanced their lives practically. So Team Nitaai is now presenting them to everyone.
नि It is based on the following universal meanings of “Nitaai”. It does not introduce or impose any kind of beliefs, personalities, religions, rules, lifestyles, etc. or interfere with your existing ones at any stage. “Ni” (नि) = Nature [निसर्ग, Nitui (Bloom), Mindfulness]; “taa” (ता) = Harmony [तादात्म्य, Taactus (Touch), Peace]; “i” (इ) = Senses [इन्द्रिय, Ingenium (Innate), Bliss].
👥 It is a joint NPO team effort by normal Nitaaians, like you and us, for sole aim to relieve the ever-increasing stress which humanity is facing. It is not a commercial venture nor a belief-based sect or cult started by some founder with some followers. Every Nitaaian is equal. The proof of the pudding is in the eating. Antistress Foundation respects them, does not interfere with them, and believes that everyone has the right to live and believe in the way they want.

Nitaai may also be a personality’s name in some circles. Or the Nitaai Sound could be used by various religions according to their own beliefs.
